I've been to this Nandos a couple of times... and they had run out of chicken or had 30 minutes wait at lunch time (which isn't great when you pop down in your lunch break).Finally got in...Good service (however i wasn't able to chose my seat I got directed to the table I was to sit at)Got my food pretty fast and it was what I expected... nice succulent chicken... I asked for extra hot basted... but only was given hot.It's the smaller details in hospitality that will make this place better.

No shared meals available, no chicken available, only burgers and tenderloins. No Peri Peri salt or normal salt available.What we did get was nice enough, but more than half the menu not available

Good protest held outside here last month. Rightly people are upset to see Nando's doing nothing to address cruelty in their supply chain (despite a petition with over 9,000 signature).

Best place for BBQ chicken and burgers around riccarton area. Nando's is famous for its unique sauces so called 'Peri-Peri' flavour and yes it is... indeed !!! The good thing is that you can buy these sauces from there. Also you can get it from supermarkets. Restaurant is beautifully designed and spacious. Staff was so nice and kind.

Your usual fresh and delicious cheeky Nando's fix. Restaurant was nice and clean with cool decor and a good atmosphere. Staff were friendly and efficient. We ordered by the app which was quick and easy. Food came out hot and fresh after a very short wait. Chips were perfect, golden and crispy with the perfect amount of salt. Our burgers were both delicious and cooked perfectly. We love Nando's and enjoy that we have gotten the same great experience at every location we have gone to so far.

I ordered family feast. One third of my fries was burnt. I asked hot for the ribs but they gave me hot for the whole grilled chicken so the kids was not able to eat and had to end up feeding them noodles. Really, I was not happy as I don't live near so I wasn't able to get it changed. This is first time ever this has happened as I have ordered from nandos like more them 20 times.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff who served me with a smile the whole time. The atmosphere was light and happyThe food was cooked and served in a timely fashion. The food was presented beautifully and the chicken melted in your mouth with each bite. Would highly reccomend coming here. Great Food, Great Service!

Slow food service. Did not assist when attempt made to order at register, was told to use phone… young lady worker was abrupt and said when we asked for our drinks “yeah but Ill be about 5 minutes”

I was really looking forward to taking my Fiancée out for her first ever Nandos (Don't judge her, she's converted).We grabbed a table outside and used the app to order, I love this feature - the app is great and easy to use. The food came out really quick, and it was good.My only gripe is that being a standalone Nandos it wasn't licensed? I've been to so many Nandos that serve alcohol that I was taken aback that this one didn't. I was looking forward to some cold beer and spicy chicken.The other thing was that the seagulls basically camped outside in the covered in area and went to town on the leftover chicken once people left. Nowadays you can get little noise emitters or an Owl from Mitre 10 to keep the birds at bay. In the 40 minutes we sat outside, no one cleared the plates from the tables that left beside us so we were constantly surrounded by seagulls.I probably wouldn't come back to this Nandos based on this experience.
