Drove out of my way to come to this vtnz because of the positive reviews but drove up and saw a printed sign stuck to a cone sign saying they are not doing wof’s, with no date of when they would be. No information about this online, either.

The desk staff could have not been anymore blunt. Walking in to get a warrant seemed like a great inconvenience to them. Guys in the yard were great and friendly but Id suggest the counter ladies could do with some customer service skill revision.

Two women on the front desk look and act like they hate their lives and everyone who walks through the door.Workshop guys are really good but wont be going back to hand money over to women who look like theyve sat on something pointy.Spare me your standard automated response owner.

Took my car in for a wof. The Two guys that inspected my car were great, awesome customer service. But upon getting back into my car I noticed the engine light was flashing, I told the guy.. he said take it for a drive it should stop and clear. He said the car probably didn't like the testing it went through. The (brake testing). So took his word and drove off, now the car has lost 50% of its power and the transmission light is coming on and the car is now idling rough. Not impressed. I'll be contacting you guys when open tomorrow.

Frequently getting work trucks their COF at this site and it’s always great service from all staff.Best consistent service is explaining any notes to me, to make sure things are sorted. I’m not a mechanic. The fact your team takes a moment for this means the world to us as few people tend to take that moment these days.Keep up the great work and I’ll see the team again soon.
