sales person was good and professional. the manager was terible to deal with unprofessional and rude. would have brought a vehicle on the day for the asking price but was made to feel unwelcome.

Bowater Hyundai have serviced my car since i brought it from them 4 years ago. I can not say enough about the team; kind, friendly, funny, thorough and they go out of their way to help and advise. The services are always done promptly, loaner car available and they wash and vacuum the car. I am so impressed by their service and highly recommend them as well as owning a Hyundai vehicle

Been a loyal customer for ten years purchased two cars and had the all serviced there. We would normally pay about $560. Now we're expected to pay $700.60 for a service so won't be bringing our business back to you. Look after your loyal customers.

Excellent customer centric service. A big thank you to Adam for his immediate email responses to my queries and reassurance ( given i was buying a vehicle without physically seeing or test driving it). The sale & delivery was prompt & professional. I appreciated the video detailing the inside & outside cosmetic appearance of the vehicle & reassurance of its mechanical soundness. Would not recommend buying a new Hyundai, as bringing it back to them to fix new vehicle faults will result in them dodging the problems, trying their very best not to deal with you, asking for evidence and ignoring it, then when pressed spitefully charging the owner for fault finding - for a car under warranty! Possibly the worst after-purchase care in the country.If you're looking to buy new, go to places like Avon City Ford instead. They fix faults without hesitation or charge or any hassle whatsoever.Again, don't buy a new Hyundai for the warranty; it's next to useless.These guys are sharks full of loop holes and smooth talk.
