How many years I have lived in different parts of the North Shore, and never realised this park was so big and beautiful? Lots of young kauri too, please wipe you feet to prevent kauri die back disease spreading.

Great place for a walk on your on or with family or friends. Easy to walk paths, but is also very hilly. The bush is gorgeous and will bring quiet to your soul.It's also great place for an easy MTB cycle, just take care of the walkers.

One of our favorite places to walk with our dog without a lead. Really good for a run as the loop is around 3km. It is supposed to be for bikers too but it's probably not as much fun for them on account of all the people and dogs walking and running at any given moment.

A pleasant walk through nature. Easy for all fitness levels. That's all it is really, a lot more could be done to utilize the space.

Really nice walk. My only complaint would be the lack of signage considering there are a lot of diverging paths. I had to keep checking this screenshot I took of the Auckland Council Kauri Dieback map, but it's not a big deal.Oh and those little doors" left by children need some quality control because a lot of them just look like painted trash."

It’s accessible if you walk. Watch for some cyclists who think they own the place. If your cycling watch some of the cracks in the paths caused by the floods

Excellent place to go for a walk or a run down endless trails and plenty of native bush. Would have scored it higher if it wasnt for the rubbish I saw all around. Maybe I'll take a bag with me next time.
