Went in for a free consultation, mentioned I wanted a free consultation to everyone I spoke to, but at the end of the appointment Brad said he was going to charge me as I was not going to sign up. Made a fuss about the time taken and how they're a business and they don't work for free. Brad even made a point of rolling his eyes at me when I said putting a price on a free consultation at the end is sneaky.If you don't want to take the time to give free consultations, don't advertise them!The information was actually really good, and I am in the market for an accountant, but will not be signing on with these kind of tactics.

Always accommodating, have great advice and a genuine interest in their clients. Would always recommend highly to others
