Called and booked in the morning a washing machine repair. The technician came in the afternoon, lovely guy, discussed the drain pump filter is blocked and I don’t have the tools to open it. Around 5 minutes later the filter is open and the residue removed. Quick check afterwards and everything is working perfectly. Job well done until the payment came. $166 for a call out and a 10 min repair. I stupidly forgot to ASK beforehand what the charges were, therefore my suggestion is to always ask before anything is done. Otherwise you will end up paying a ridiculous amount (20% of a new washing machine in my case) for something that is not with that much.

Wish I could leave a 0 star review.Waited all morning for a guy to show up, had to call at 11.30am and I finally got someone around at 12.30pm.Guy walked in, I showed him the washing machine (I had taken the front panel out). He told me “no, I’m not interested. You’re just wasting my time”.I didn’t even had a chance to tell him I literally just unscrewed some screws to get the panel off.He walked out.Rude. Unreliable. Avoid at all cost.

Called them, left a message, they called back almost immediately. I told the guy, Indian, my situation was a broken washing machine. I said The pump was still working and the drain pipes were clear but the machine still wasn't draining". He said "I am not interested in this job" and hung up!!!VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 0 STARS!!!"

Excellent service - called first thing on a Monday morning was called back straight away and then arrived at my house and repaired the machine all before 8am - highly recommend

I sent a work order as I am a Property Manger a month later I called to find out where they were at with order. I have never been spoken to so unprofessionally in my entire life. The apparent Manager on the phone started yelling at me and talking over me. Don't deal with this company they are very unprofessional.

Guy came and looked at dishwasher charged the call out fee which i paid and advised that he will contact me later with diagnosis. He advised I needed new dishwasher. I queried and complained and he kindly refunded the call out. Pretty happy he did as he did not need to.

Technician made our cleaner feel unsafe (by themselves). Ruined our weekend plans with not turning up another time and was rude to my partner .No wonder they have 2.6 stars , bullying tone to young women is outrageous.Still doesn’t work either.

I supposed $110+2.5% call out fee is market value (no qualms) Repairman checked washing machine, pointed out that the circuit board is fried (accepted the outcome) told me that it can be repaired and will let me know the cost later (fine). Got a call from the repairman was told that it will cost $600.00 (parts + workmanship). That's a bit steep! Checked the price for the parts, it cost only $245+gst. That will be less than half an hour job, did the maths (not worth it). What it shows, is that they are interested in the call-out fees and not the repair because less than 10 minutes it cost me an arm if I let them repaired it it will cost me a leg!!!

PLEASE USE ANY OTHER AVAILABLE OPTION.Astonishingly poor. My landlord used this clown for some unknown reason. The last time he came, the guy nearly burned the house down by rewiring a dishwasher the wrong way. Short circuited, arcing, ozone smell, smoke. I was able to pull the breaker fast enough to prevent a serious electrical fire. When he came back to fix it, he was RUDE about it.Today he promised to be here in the morning, and to call when he was on his way. He did neither. When I called him at 1PM to ask where he was, he asked why I was angry, then said he's be right over. Two hours later I call back and he says he decided he wasn't happy about the the fact I'd complained about his lack of consideration making me wait around all morning without showing up or calling and wasn't coming at all. Wasted my entire day off.I have spoken with the landlord and he's never coming on the property again.Honest: he's incompetent and could have killed us.Fair: He was still given a second chance.Responsible: It would be irresponsible not to warn others about his idiocy. So many appliance repair services, why use this one?

Warning about this company. The sole directer and only employee - Mohsen Ehsankya is a scammer. We had a broken dryer and he charged us $500 to fix but we still had the same issue. When I asked him to come back to fix again, he tried to charge another $115 just to look at at. When I queried the charge he got really mad and walked out of the house. The dyer was in bits and still broken. Poor customer service and even worse at fixing appliances. As this company only has one employee, you cant make a complaint against him, accept here. Beware of this company!!
