Always a pleasure. Very accommodating, really friendly and helpful. Cost is great. Lets me pick up later if I'm working. Always wears a mask. Understands our dogs, and is always reliable.

Really disappointed with the service. The first time she groomed our $2500 dog she did a great job so we thought we'd take him back for another groom... What a mistake. She (the owner / groomer) was as unfriendly as you'll ever find when I dropped him off. I should have known then she was having a bad day and should have taken him home but I allowed her to continue. I was shocked at the terrible job she did... She trimmed half the hair around his neck with lots of areas skipped.... I'm pretty sure a 7 year old with clippers would have done a better job. His toe nails weren't trimmed either so I'll have to take him to Animates for that...Very disappointing when you pay for a service and what you receive looks like it had been done by an amateur.Will not be going back there, EVER!

Just took my chihuahua in to deal with his nails and have a bath. She is so lovely and he's come out looking and smelling amazing. His mani-pedi solves so many issues. Thank you so much, we'll be back again

Fantastic job! Our little Silky Terrier was groomed exactly as I requested; helped us recover from the trauma of the last groom from a much more expensive groomer on the North Shore. Our fur baby is very happy with the clean and comfy trim. Easy communication and very fair pricing. Will definitely be going back!
