very bad experience buying a caravan from this firm. from the 2nd day found things broken, damaged or just patched up. trying to make contact with the owners was a nightmare. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.And no I am not a troll I purchased my 2005 abby expression 2 years ago and it was delivered down to me by Rob. but I guess any bad review is a troll

We recently purchased a caravan from Rob & found the process very easy. We had been looking for sometime and found Robs vans perfectly fit the requirements of our family, with everything taken care of. Great service and very knowledgeable, highly recommend

In response to your comments about my dealing with your company.No one helped me identify the problem with my system. As I asked by phone, before I came in on the Sat. I would like to check if my controller worked with 1 of your remotes of a similar type. (It didn't). I asked if the controllers and remotes were for sale. The staff member said yes and quoted $250.00 for a controller and $50.00 for the remote. (At no stage was it indicated they were part of a complete set and not for sale by them selves). Total $300.00, I thanked him and said Id think about it.I decided over the weekend to purchase a controller and remote, go in Monday with the caravan to ensure the wiring was the same and the unit worked as there were 6 different sets in the box.After putting the caravan by the door with the help of a staff member I went in to see someone. The Manager came over, I introduced myself said I would like to purchase one of the units but would like to try it to ensure it would fit and worked properly as they were all several years old. The manager pulled down the box and handed me one package, I asked that he watched as I connected it up so there was no issue with connecting the wiring. I showed him each wire as I connected to the appropriate symbols on the controller. I connected the power and he operated the remote, It worked well. I then asked him the price and after hesitating for a while he said $400.00. I queried him saying I had been quoted by the other staff member $300.00 on Saturday, He replied I’m the manager and I make the decisions, I indicated the staff member was inside whom I had dealt with on Sat. He wasn't interested in talking with him. I told him I could purchase a new one for about $480.00, would he reconsider. The manager was not interested so I said no to the purchaseThe Unit I would have bought was 9 years old as per the sticker on the pack.I wouldn't deal with this company again and certainly not recommend them.

They are very good to talk to. Place we went to prior they wouldn't come out of their office

Terrible company brought a caravan from them not long ago there was a lot of problems with it the repair work they carried out was terrible and other company’s joked about the repairs when they think they ok would definitely not recommend buying from here save your money look elsewhere should of listened to the so called trolls leaving review

Got I nice 2 birth caravan. Price was better than a lot of the private sales were asking for.More importantly when a small problem was found on first WOF they fixed it quickly with out stuffing me around.

I would totally recommend this company. We live in Palmerton North and bought a caravan from pictures on trade me. They arranged for it to be certified self contained and transported on the ferry to Wellington so we could collect it there. When we got it home we discovered a 20x10cm hole in the floor by the door. We were able to arrange to get it fixed locally and Christchurch caravans paid for the repair no questions asked.

Had an awesome experience with the team at Christchurch Caravans, they were very helpful, explaining every aspect of the process to us and they were very patient with us as we dithered over our choices for solar. Because of our choices there were some delays and hiccups which they explained thoroughly and while parts were being freighted down from Auckland they let us take the caravan away to have a long weekend in it. Rob went above and beyond for us and we really appreciated it.

Great place for caravan repairs, great service ,pleasant guys Gerry and Jon to deal with. Used their services several times and is always service with a smile. Highly recommended
