Jessica makes you feel so welcome, from the moment you arrive until you leave. She is very friendly and very good at what she does. The treatment room is always spotless and at a perfect temperature (not too hot and not too cold). I would not go anywhere else.

I went to The Right Cut for around 3 years. There occasions where colours went wrong (blue hair!) and another time where I ended up with harsh black around my face (assistant to hairdresser who took over because my hairdresser was busy with other clients did not listen to her instructions). BUT I kept going back - because - hey - there were times my colour was good and I'm a loyalist. BUT I booked in with a different hairdresser this year (my other two I had been to there had left). I got a text confirming my appointment with a new apprentice!!? I called to correct it and was told my stylist 'may not be able then to do the toner'. There was little apology which I felt odd - given this was their error and I had already waited 4 weeks for the booking! When I arrived at my appointment I was told by my stylist that I was 13 minutes late and she 'couldn't do' me now. I had thought my appointment 10.30. She said it was 10.15.Now - mistakes happen. I did not think it my error (after all my booking had gone in to the wrong stylist so it may have gone into the wrong time slot too in their system) but even if it was my error - their attitude was arrogant. There was silence in the salon as she spoke to me as if she had loudly announced before my arrival she would not do my hair because I was late and everyone in the salon had heard her. There was no warmth. No smile. No humanity. No mention - 'Oh dear and you've waited 4 weeks for this'. No I'm sorry something has gone wrong here. Only a NO - our time is correct. You got it wrong not us. You are late. I can't see you. (Your fault).Remember I had waited 4 weeks for this appointment!I am a great believer in the measure of a place being how well they handle things if things go wrong. Is there grace? Is there empathy?The following week I tried to leave a message to cancel the new appointment I had made and discovered there was no ability to leave a message. Again - Is this not arrogant? I have to phone back when it is convenient for them to answer and they are too busy and important to listen to messages? Some I guess may disagree. But I'm a professional would not treat my clients that way. So I text at my cost to their appointment reply text number. I explained my disappointment at what happened. I was not even remotely rude. I was shocked to get back a text that was both rude and catty.Wow :(Case closed.This is not a place I remain loyal to.
