Had a smash, wiped out 2 doors on the side of the van, Insurance replacement of the doors. They've been painted perfectly, but they've also cleaned up the rest of the van and made it look a million bucks. It's probably a pity to use this van the way I do now, it looks great.

This place is very professional. When we arrive and described the problem of our car, the receiptionist told us that we had to wait for 10 minutes and immediately offered us coffee and water. She was very nice, friendly and professional. After few minutes, the gentleman came out and we talked a bit. He said he will take the car to the back and see what he can do. My car's problem was the right front corner bumper got popped out. He took the car to inside the shop and about 10 minutes alter, the car came back. They fixed perfectly and I asked, how much do I owe. He said, it's free. Wow! I am so thrilled because his shop did excellent job under 10 minutes and charged nothing. If I lived in Auckland, I would definitely go there for my car, but I live in USA. I would strongly and highly recommend this collision repair shop anyone who has any body damage. I gave 5 stars because we had receieved excellent professional service.

I stopped by Collision Repairs in a panic with a noise in my wheels. Didn’t know the best option at that point. However, Francis offered to road test and he was able to diagnose and on the spot make an adjustment. So kind and obliging. Definitely would recommend their service.

We are traveller, so it is hard to book for service in advance for fixing the car. Here is good service and provide friendly help a lots with their experience and profession, they rush come to help fixing and recommendation.

I was given a very reasonable quote for the repair job on my NIssan Stagea and the promised work was of a high standard and good value for money. Frans is the main customer relations person, and exceptional for friendliness and helpfulness. I will definitely go back there for any future repair work.
