Donna and Schalk are such an asset to our business community and such lovely people. Schalk is a A+++ mechanic all work is done beyond expectations and they always go that extra mile to fit in with our needs and extras like replacing the battery in the remote door key, fixing the arm that holds up the bonnet so I did not have to worry about it falling on my head, things you mean to sort out and forget. We has such a great experience and service with Pauanui Service Centre. They helped us out and fixed our trailer tyre late at night on a public holiday when no one else would. We appreciate them helping us out as we had 4 little kids in the car whom were in the car for over 8 hours as we couldn’t get home until it was fixed. Thank you so much.

I have been using Donna and Schalk to service my Yamaha outboard for the past several years. They always do a great job and work hard to fit me in when I'm in a hurry.But even more importantly they have often gone out of their way to help me out even when outside of normal business hours, like when I got a puncture on my trailer after 5:30 pm and they were still available to help me out of a tricky spot. Just goes to show they're great people doing great things. Highly recommended five star service!!

Pauanui Service Center has fixed both my car and JetSki.Both times the service was awesome, prices exceptionally reasonable and they explained clearly what the issues were.Schalk and Donna are great to deal with.

i had a problem with the oil filter flying off while driving the car and PSS quickly came and fixed it without any fuss and then serviced my car and performed a WOF. Excellent customer service, plus nice people = a win for both PSS and their clients so I will use them again without hesitation. Highly recommended, and 10/10.

I popped in today to see if they could check out my engine light as I need to drive tomorrow and wanted to make sure it was nothing major. Pauanui Service Centre were so helpful and fitted me in even though they had other customers. Highly recommend!
