Nutrifare

I recently discovered their Home Cater service while looking for affordable meal delivery services for my mum. Shes not a big eater so I took a gamble on ordering from the light meals menu. Mum has not stop raving about her meal each night saying its very tasty good quality and just the right size for her and if shes a little hungrier she just makes a side salad. She said it tastes like home cooking. Within the same week I did another order for her so now shes pretty set. Quick turn around between ordering, being dispatched and the courier completing delivery. The only downfall would be that this is pretty much a set menu so unlike other meal companies who will change from week to week etc this service stays the same for the most part (I enquired over the phone and they said it hadn't changed in a long time), so at some point she will get over the meal options, but for now it's done the world of good for my mum, shes eating a decent meal and doesnt have to stress during the day about how to manage cooking.

Shocking website that crashes multiple times while placing an order, with equally poor functionality & lacking any form of current payment methods. Archaic at best. Terrible service. Terrible communication. Only used again due to lack of frozen food suppliers for elderly clients. Decent food however the rest of the experience is anything but positive!!

What you order via telephone is what you receive either from their factory outlet or by their delivery staff. They have a varied selection to choose from with taste and satisfaction at the TOP end of the scale. The staff at the factory were extremely helpful particularly during the Lockdown period. My thanks to the team. Top results all round. See you next time.

I do delivery work for nutrifare along with my team of drivers. The one thing that stands out is the number of satisfied repeat customers who are very happy with product quality and the friendly efficient service they get from the nutrifare team . We also deliver product to them and they do not skimp on quality.
