When I placed my order I had to 20 minutes for my meal until I approached the counter they said they were waiting on my hash browns. Waiting for so long they would get my order right nooo they didn't put my egg in my NYC Benedict bagel. If gas didn't cost a arm and a leg I would have gone back. If you order there check your order I mean take it apart and see you go everythingyou paid for.

Went here for the only good thing on the menu, the icecream. Ordered a Mcflurry. Paid for it and waited at the window for 5 minutes. Went around and got a refund.These people are in a world of their own. Over all atmosphere is very ghetto and the staff dgaf. Get a burger from the Turkish place down the road instead. That's a place I'd brave any hood for.

Completely wrong orders I received i called them but the lady was listening to the songs loudly and a boy started talking about my order . And saying we cant help you ordering double mc chicken and getting 4 fish burgers ??? I would like the manager to be more strict about the shifts and having a responsible person inside the kitchen.So disappointed ☹️

First experience with a nz McDonald's in many years. Utterly awful. The prices charged for such mediocre interpretations of McDonald's items are utterly shameless. If you are unable to make the food products look edible in your marketing pics, you probably shouldn't be in the restaurant business.My one star rating is overly generous.

On 20/05/2023, 10:52am (drive thru) I ordered hot chocolate with other foods. Frist they given me hot chocolate and were waiting for rest of the meal to come. My 9 year old had couple of sips of hot chocolate and said this taste like WATER, its not normal like usual. I tried it and yes, i did taste watery.Young guy came to the window who was serving us, i told him about this hot drink and he replied this what we give to all customers and i said no given me another one.At front of me he and other young open that hot chocolate machine there was no chocolate in it, not at all. Took 2 staff to fill that machine and all these process happened front of me.When he was serving my drink, I brought to his attention, that why my drink was taste less coz of McDonalds NEGLIGENT.when I was say this this person shut the window for some seconds and reopen it again, and asked me weather i want my drink or not.This brings the attention the procedure and code of conduct didn't carried out what MCDONALDS should be doing.Having young staff is fine but the training and duty manager for eye of detail should be carried out.this was a extremely poor service

There's a thing I love about NZ: it's so easy to find good bacon around! With that said, I'd like to understand how did McDonald's manage to use such a terrible ingredient in their stuff. I mean, this doesn't look like bacon, doesn't taste like it, it seems to be a kind of ham or something. I never liked McDonald's in Brazil, but I decided to give it a chance in NZ. It simply doesn't worth it. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is that this place was the only available 24h. I needed a coffee and that I cannot complain much about. It's not great, but it's a good coffee.

I would not recommend:1. We have asked for our food to be brought to the table - it did not happen (might be understaffed).2. It is the first time we are not finishing our food - it arrived almost cold, the fries were soooo bad. The worst I‘ve had at McDonald‘s so far.3. Not clean - if you eat in it is very dirty: oil all over the place (sofas, chairs, tables and floor), crumbles, etc.Overall, one of the worst experiences…try a different one.

drove though to make an order of Mc chicken, Ole of Fish , and02 x almighty in combo for all meals and paid 59.87. we got home and surprised to Mc Chicken combo, 0le of Fish combo, 01grilled chicken almighty with 01 drink, 01 chicken wrap with 01 drink. Trying to contact the store no answer 09 2159867- the phone does not exist z shame on you Mc Donald

None of the time I ordered from here was smooth, either item was unavailable, or the extra add-on was not added, or the machine was out of order
