We had a problem with the door control system not opening or closing our garage door. One phone to Windsor Doors, within two hours Matt came around and repaired the fault. Thanks to Matt and the team and Windsor Doors.

Contacted these guys to get a new Garage door as we didn't like the colour. Asked if they were interested in taking back the old door as it was as new and only a few months old. They said no. Which was fine. Got home the day of install and found they had taken the old garage door. Asked for it back which they delivered two days later scratched and dented. So I started with a near new garage door to sell but ended up with junk. Customer service horrible and they couldn't care less.

We found Windsor Doors South Island great. We ordered our 3 doors, the price was very competitive and they installed just before Christmas as promised - in the colour ordered. The doors look absolutely fantastic, very pleased with service and install went without a hitch. There was a slight confusion re: we had asked them measure up too, but they went with the measurements we had given. Thankfully they were fine. A+ would definitely recommend and use again.

Awful service, inherited one of their garage doors which was still under warranty. The motor failed after only a year. They refused to honour thier own warranty, were aggressive and totally unprofessional.

Really poor customer relations. We needed a repair done and before its even finished I have the woman in charge calling me to threaten us with debt collection unless we pay that day.......before the job is even finished. Got to make you wonder about the stability of the company.
