A big The Warehouse with a large selection of items. Decent prices and a very big car park. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to access from both sides of Blenheim Road. Open till midnight.

No stress fantastic customer service and no uncomfortable questioning of no mask wearing" the stigma of being exempt can be exhausting to explain to people so when acceoted without digging for explanation makes shopping experience so relaxing. Was the only store i coukd find the vaccuum i was after also when my vaccuum cleaner broke a few days later a perfect experiwnce with the garden centre and warehouse stationary grabbing a few items thanks team."

My partner went to buy a usb stick, simple you'd think. She made the mistake of being black apparently. Was followed around the store and harassed by security needlessly. Will be going to the media about this.

My experience recently was very dissapointing due to some issues with rude staff she has reddish coloured hair in a bob. I was asking for some directions politely when she turns around and says “can you leave me alone I’m in the middle of something” as she was standing in an aisle doing nothing. She said this very rudely and scowled at me which made me feel very upset with the way I was treated. I truly believed that I was going to come out as a happy customer when entering the warehouse. I did not. After this incedent I felt embarrassed and left the store as I did not feel like a welcome customer to the warehouse anymore. I hope the staffing can improve.

Went into the store to look for a particular item, online said available. Asked the lovely gentleman at the self serve checkout for assistance. He rang another colleague to come help. Charlotte was rather rude and when I said I'd be back at the aisle the item should be she acknowledged with an okay and walked off to check out back like she didnt care or was annoyed she had to do something. After waiting for about 10-15mins in the aisle we found something else we could potentially use after some modifications and advised the guy at self checkout she didnt come back to me, he handed me the item and said she dumped it there. She was very resistant to actually wanting to assist me. Rather disappointed in her service.

My partner and I purchased outdoor furniture in the recent sales. The lounge set was out of stock so we purchased the display model. The store manager, Lee, called us to advise more stock has come in after being told that no more were on the way as per their systems. He offered to swap the set for a new one and give us a voucher but we're more than happy with the display model. I just wanted to share our wee interaction and let people know how great the customer service is at this branch!

Used Warehouse Stationery (inside Warehouse Riccarton) three times.The first time I uploaded a photo which they printed, and cut everyone's heads off. The preview was fine and the dimensions of the actual photo were fine. But alas, a printing error. Not off to a great start but OK. They printed it properly. Great.Then got an item laminated. Well, sort of laminated. They did a terrible job, and I could have done better with my own laminator. Brought it here to be done by the professionals. The lamination had kind of dragged" all the plastic to one side and it was warped. I was suprised they gave it to me without apologising for the state it was in. No replacement or refund given.Went one more time to get a photo printed. Again

Bought an appliance there yesterday and needed help to get it to my car. A wonderful staff member - Natalie - was a great help. It was a pleasure visiting there because of her professional and friendly attitude.
