This company is a scam! It is the worst service in NZ.I called for assistant and they had nerver show up. They give me a missed call and left. I tried to call back but they did not pick up. Then I called the operator to report this but was not helpful. The operator offered support at my own expense of $140.Do not use the service from this company!

My car slid into a barrier yesterday when I hit what must have been a patch of oil on the road.NZ Roadside Assistance were there in a matter of minutes and got my vehicle towed to a nearby garage.Fantastic, prompt and professional service,

Avoid at all costs. No indication if purchase policy online they can't help for 24 to 48 hours and will charge over 200 for a jump start

Literally couldn't get into my car after an hour trying despite stating it was possible. Told me to contact a locksmith who got in within 3 minutes. Proceeded to charge full price for no service offered. Horrible to deal with.

NZ Roadside Assistance
First time needing roadside assistance and was appalled at their lack of customer service. Bought this through VTNZ to cover my motorbike because my usual insurer doesn’t cover bikes. NZRA and VTNZ were both rude and unhelpful. Gave me an eye watering tow quote. Do not waste your time or money.

I have always found the staff at NZ Roadside Assistance to be friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Good group and well managed company.
