I adore this place.The bubble tea is so good, I have never been disappointed with these. The snacks are also delicious.The venue is adorable with great decor.

Popular bubble tea eatery brand popping up all over main cities in NZ. The branch in Hamilton is clean and tidy. Limited tables/seatings, situated in CBD. CBD also means free 2 hours parking at shop front or nearby metered parking any time of the day and week etc.... So no issues here. The menu offers a good selection of Taiwanese type of food and new inspirational bubble tea combinations. So of the drinks looks very pretty and colourful. Prices are reasonable. They open 6 days a week so a time to suit your visit. Place is family friendly. The service is ok. Been there a few times and everytime they had 2 staff at shop front and approx 2 staff in the kitchen. At busy times they seemed very stressed and very disorganised. As a result, the service level dropped as none of the staff had smiles, even behind the masks. I felt they just want to move the customers on as soon as they can. Kitchen staff were responsible bring out the food dishes, again, no smiles, they just wanted to leave the food on the table to quickly get back to kitchen. The chicken/pork katsu type of noodle soup dishes, the deep fry part was under EXTREMELY UNDERDONE and not crispy at all. The deep fey coating was very powdery and colour is as pale white as TipTop toasts (refer my photos).. When prepared properly, the colour the the fry coating should be Golden yellow, not pale white! Still recommending others to give this place a visit as the dishes are uniquly Taiwanese style.

Felt so good that we found authentic Taiwanese food in Hamilton!very clean and comfortable environment to have meal. My family and in law enjoyed it very much for dinner before we drove back to Auckland.

Ordered the braised pork on rice, couldn’t even finish it. It had pig hair on the pork belly, the meat was dry, the rice was super oily, and the whole dish had a really bitter aftertaste, including the egg. This place definitely changed since the last time I was here a year ago. Very disappointed, not likely to return.

It was one of my favorite bubble tea shop in town. But just found the food was not that yummy as usual. Did you guys change the cooking oil for fried food? For today’s food I bought, the cooking oil was smelly and made the food smells disgusting. Hope the owner could improve their food quality.

If your after a mediocre meal youve found the place. I ordered tofu which was dry & chicken curry which was average, I left half on the plate, couldnt finish it. Honest feedback, i probably wont come back again. Thank you

Staff are very nice，food have great taste and love their drinks. The place is nice and spacious and great to have a relax sit down time with friends while having nice bubble tea. Lots of unique flavour.

I ordered take-out braised pork on rice. Delicious. The service was prompt. The area for eating is bright and open. Would like to try some curries or fried chicken dishes.

On our way back to Auckland, we popped in, had lunch in this small but wonderful food bar with pleasant ambiance.It was kinda a surprise. Really great taste for every dish that we ordered. We’d even ordered takeaway to bring it back to Auckland for dinner..Definitely deserved 5 stars and we’ll come back again if we visit / pass by Hamilton next time.

5 stars, this place is a definite 5 stars! Clean and tidy place. And most importantly, the one and only genuine yummy good food in Hamilton! This has become my must go place! Strongly recommended!
