NZ Post Shop Wellesley Street West

Our best post experience in Auckland, We were served by the lady (Lisa) she was perfectly expert at her job and gave us all the information we needed so nicely and kindly. She was awesome.

Will send your parcel by courier instead of parcel post, won't give you an option. This happened to me twice so far

Had to find as it is actually on Albert Street not on Wellesley Street. Nice staff but they do not do kiwibank services.

The problem is not the shop itself, or the nice people that work there is a cumulative of things that start at the drivers not delivering the parcel as they should. Then is up to the people on the shop to pick up the frustration. The service is not bad at the shop, but generally is not focused on customer service but a logistic service. Please, be nice with the people at the counter, it’s the driver who’s being a d1ckh3ad

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Staff Member AYESHAI am writing this review with great disappointment about the negative customer service encounter I had with staff member Ayesha at NZ Post. The level of service I received was not only unsatisfactory but also unprofessional and disrespectful.When it was my turn to be assisted, I approached Ayesha for services provided by NZ Post. However, to my surprise, she responded with an abrupt NO" without any explanation or attempt to understand my needs. This initial response was already disheartening

very disappointed with the staff members there, I really need the kiwi access done after the 3 weeks which is more than 10 working days, my kiwi access still not on my post mail. When I apply and ask the staff they said it will send to the post mail at my apartment but it’s not. They call us to pick up on the door, the things me and my flatemate is work. we are not 24/7 hours at home. Other things, on missed parcel card it say delivered on 13/2 and I go NZ post and checked on 16/2 the staff just said impolite “you need to wait till the end of next week (which is this week) due to floding” without checking is it my kiwi access miss to deliver or not. Will never come back to this place again.

I almost couldn’t find this post office because it is not actually on Wellesley street but on Albert street. Staff was swift and friendly. Appreciated the air conditioning on this hot day.

Horrible experience. Had gone to post an important document to India and paid 65 dollars for the same only to find out after two months that the document has been misplaced. Have to continuously chase them up for updates. Never Again!!
