I ordered online, delivery time was great, unfortunately the product had damaged and they responded straight away that they would replace it with picture confirmation of the damage. Little struggle finding I replacement but they didn't give up and found a replacement and got it sent out straight away. That's some awesome after sales service!

Have a cater master bench dough mixer which was out of warrenty.. Needs repair rang Save Barn for advise re repair.Girl was a bit stumped by question. She did a google search for a repair shop. The one she gave me were not interested . Said they do not repair them. Not a good look for Save Barn . If you sell electrical appliances have info for customers if they need repairs in the future. Recommend some one.This is good customer services .Seems to me if you buy a product from Save Barn thats out side warrenty then you are on your own . This will stop me from buying a Save Barn Appliance in the future. No Back up.

Pretty annoyed with myself, I'm usually good to shop around. I purchased 2 tents realised they were Asko brand (Kmart) I paid double the price for them and when checking the price on the tent they had a cheaper price underneath their own price ticket. I think they purchase bulk knowing KMART will sell out and mark up pricing. I couldn't return because they only offer store credit and not a refund and I won't be purchasing from there again. Would like to give a one but the saving grace was good customer service.

WoW !! Huge product range but most importantly Asst Manager Ali went above and beyond in offering incredible service and advice on my recent boat trailer purchase. Excellent communication, great competitive pricing, Save Barn is a must to check out ~ but be warned you will be tempted with their great deals on offer!!

Liked this place. There are a wide range options, 2 berth, 4 berth, 5 & 6 berth. The caravans are all imported from UK and keeping well and clean. Price is also reasonable.

I’d give Save Barn Auckland 0 stars if it were an option.Don’t WASTE YOUR MONEY at Save Barn. I bought a tent online, only to realize this was a Kmart brand and was also $40 dearer than what Kmart charged. So, I asked for a refund. Was told they don’t do refunds, and they also didn’t know Kmart sells that brand. So, I was left with nearly $100 credit to use on other items - used some of that for a water carrier, saw the exact water container at Mitre10, once again with a cheaper price tag.Not buying from this place again.

A little bit unorganised. Looking for caravan stuff but it's scattered throughout the store. Not much help from staff as 2 staff members walked passed me and not one asked if they can help. Otherwise they have a great selection of stuff.

I don't even think you deserve a 1 right about now......I have brought many things for my catering business thinking it was nice catering quality to come in today and find you have a living in CO product doubled in price shocks me you are selling the 4 buffet warmers for $119 and the warehouse where you got it from 10min up road has them for $69 your staff on counter even said the reason is because it just come from Australia kmart...........well you might want to remove the actual warehouse sticker ........thinking if we are better going with them if that's the quality we are getting.........
