1⭐ customer serviceGlad the leak was fixed, 2 call outs, 2 invoicesAwareness when getting tradies in, be present when people fixing things in your house.I had my teenage son at home with tradie plumber. Leak wasn't fixed properly. Had to get the job done again.After the second call out, leak in shower was fixed. But the tradie left the shower head handle reading:cold is now Hot, Hot is now cold.Didn't want to get the guy to come back because that is another call out fee +. Exp.This house is under family trust. They said, not recommended, will not be allowed back again.One Excellent person was the Customer service Lady.

Rang to book a quote, lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. She sent 2 young lads out the next day to assess a blockage in one of our storm pipes.Lads promptly rectified the problem and reconnected a broken down pipe. For less than $160, I think that’s pretty good.Outstanding job!

I had trouble with my hot water cylinder and after these guys explained to me that they were quite a few weeks behind I begged and they managed to fit me in a couple of days later. They were not only on time but early!! They were happy to explain how things worked and their office staff are like that too. such a great team. thanks guys.
