We uad the most delicious breakfast here. The coffee was great too. Staff were super lovely. Couldn't have been more impressed!

Amazing coffee but food was a letdown. Firstly, the coffee is one of the best coffee I had in New Zealand. It was fragrant and strong! Food were below standards. The spinach in the eggs benedict has a strong taste that lingers in the mouth. The pancakes though looked amazing, was a disappointment. They were overcooked and the fruits being topped on the pancakes were frozen fruits which was oozing out water.

Good food, generous portions. Four of us had lunch and some drinks with speedy and attentive service.EDIT: The below review was for another place altogether in Hanmer Springs. Have edited based on owner response.Breakfast was okay, poached eggs and omelette were overcooked. Vienna coffee was bitter and tea wasn't hot enough. Service was good and speedy.

Everything about this place is a vibe. Visited with my sister last week and we were welcomed bright and early with excellent coffee, warm fire and a Playlist I kept Shazam open for! Breakfast was generous and tasty and the lovely lady who served us was lovely to chat to. Highly recommend anyone passing bye to stop in and enjoy.

Came for lunch and had the beef burger. It's probably the best burger I've had in 10 years. The chicken burgers were very good as well.

The most welcoming and friendly staffs I have met in town. On an unexpected snowy day, there are many cold and wet cyclists trapped in town, and staffs were super kind to help them dry their gears and warmed up their numbing hands.Definitely recommend the Reflections cafe! Beautiful lake view, welcoming staff and good food. Always have a good day when you come here!

For my lentil cake I would give it 4 points as it's generally good with a nice mixture of flavor. The fish dish unfortunately only received 2 points from the eater, as the fish is a bit bland and chips are not crispy enough. The nachos are 4 points, as all the chess was in the bottom of the plate, and all the other things like mince,beans,guacamole and sour cream were on the top of the corn chips.And the coffee I would give it 3 points only, the bean is a bit over baked so taste bitter and the milk is not creamy enough.Overall the family agree on rate it 3.5

Lovely outdoor dining setting in nice weather and they offer excellent wines.. Try the house savignon blanc! It is delicious! The pleasant staff is friendly and provides good service too! The food, however, is very mediocre at best.. Fish in fish & chips dish looked and tasted like boxed frozen fish planks purchased in a supermarket and chicken & chips came with two small pieces of chicken with more breading than meat. Both dishes were served with tons of french fries. My recommendation: Go there for wine and lovely staff but eat elsewhere.
