Hutt City Florist

I would not recommend this florist for anyone, it is extremely hard to get in contact with anyone and you receive no response to emails or voicemails. I only needed a tax invoice receipt for the organisations finance team and after over 2 weeks and 10+ attempts I still have not received a receipt. I also have no way to confirm if the flowers I ordered were even sent. Terrible customer service and business practices I would steer clear - I have amended this from 1 to 3 stars as I did finally get a copy of my receipt after submitting the review, the flowers themselves were lovely per the recipient

Not happy with service. I live in Sydney and wanted some beautiful flowers for my mother's birthday tomorrow. Firstly, my sister rang through yesterday to confirm pick up and the lady who answered was not nice. Secondly, on the website it says you are open 24/7 which I assumed would really be around 5-6pm. She was told 12pm. Thirdly, my sister came to pick up the Large Hinemoa flowers I ordered today and she was given completely different flowers. Will not be ordering from here again.

Sent my daughter flowers from Hutt City florist. You never know what you will get when ordering flowers on-line but my daughter sent me a photo of what she received WOW! they looked even better then the photos on the website so fresh, colorful and true value for the money... this florist will be my go to from now on!

Stoked! Ordered flowers online at 2am, paid by credit card, and got a call at 12pm from my mum to thank me for them. Fast, prompt and efficient. Couldn't thank you enough. Mum just put her dog of 15 years to forever sleep and I couldn't leave work to be there so this was a close second. She said the girl was lovely so bonus points for that.

I ordered flowers from far away, and the staff here did an absolutely wonderful job personalizing bridal flowers. The bouquets were stunning and I could not have been more impressed or grateful. Thank you!

Dont normally write review but really feel I have to for this company. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers to be delivered costing $100 plus however when I went around to my friend house later I was shocked to see the very puny bunch. I would have got a better bunch from pak n save for half the price. Not very trustworthy if you ask me. I don't think they realized I would see the flowers later!

I ordered flowers for Mother's day well in advance and was not informed of any reason that they wouldn't be delivered. Mother's Day came and went, no flowers and no communication. Two days later I called and only had an automated response telling me to go to their website. I emailed and eventually got a reply with no explanation offering a refund. I asked for a refund which I eventually received after having to e-mail multiple times and I also asked for the flowers to still be delivered because my mum was still waiting. No response. A week later they're still quiet.They stuffed up a day that should've been a special one! My Mother didn't get a Mother's Day present! She was waiting and nothing arrived. When I contacted them two days after they said it was their top priority to get the flowers delivered but gave no explanation why it didn't happen.
