I had an amazing experience with them from start until now that I’m doing my weekly physio visits to treat the discomfort in my shoulder.I’ve had this shoulder discomfort since like forever, probably 10 years now, that I think I have developed from poor posture and carrying a big shoulder bag for long hours.I’ve done different massages, ear acupuncture and cupping treatments but most would only give me temporary comfort.With the treatments I have been getting, which is a combination of massage, cupping and acupuncture, from Browns Bay Physio, I noticed that there’s been a massive amount of weight taken off my shoulders and it feels like slowly its going away - for good.I will continue to do my weekly visits and hope that the discomfort will be completely gone. :)Cheers to the whole Browns Bay Physio Clinic!

Highly recommend the team at Browns Bay Physio. They're friendly and Shirley was awesome treating my injury, and me with professionalism. She has a great knowledge herself and totally get's it. She gave me sound advice, great exercises to rehab at home and even researched the problem for me.

Both my husband and I have attended the Browns Bay & Mairangi Bay Clinics & have been clients for many years. In fact they treat our family and our extended family. We have found the care from Suzanne and other Physiotherapists to be outstanding! We also like the fact that you can have acupuncture treatment as well. It is also great to be able to have early appointment times to fit into busy schedules. We highly recommend these clinics.

Over the years I have been receiving treatment from Browns Bay Physio and have always had excellent results. Shirley Challis is proactive in her treatment methods, assisting me with understanding what could have gone wrong and then showing me how I can manage myself moving forward. Shirley Challis is the best Physiotherapist I have ever been to. She offers a diverse range of treatment methods and is particularly good with sporting injuries and necks. I would highly recommend Browns Bay Physio to all.

I had a shoulder injury over 6 months ago and after months of discomfort decided to visit Physiotherapy Care Clinic in Browns Bay. My husband had been there several years ago and highly recommended them and in particular, Suzanne McKenzie. Suzanne has already helped me tremendously and after only 3 visits I can feel the benefit of the treatments.
