Really impressed with their service especially Mohammed who assisted us for selecting the right machine and Slade who came for installation. Awesome customer support and I would personally recommend to visit this place who are planning to buy appliances in a much affordable price.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Appliance Outlet when buying a Fridge/Freezer from them this week. They acted very quickly to sort out a problem that arose and did everything they could to ensure I was happy with the final outcome. After ringing one supplier that was extremely unhelpful I phoned Appliance Outlet . The service was outstanding. Fast and helpful .Delivery from Slade was the same- Great communication and showed caring.Highly recommended.

They provide great sales service and are very helpful, but the after sales service is extremely poor. I've had trouble with my LG washing machine bought less than 3 months ago. The door doesn't want to unlock so I can get my washing out. I was told that I need to wait for a service technician. Thing is, my kids school clothes are stuck inside the machine. I'm appalled at how the staff just doesn't care about their customers. I will not recommend Appliance Outlet Botany to anyone. At the end of the day, it's the after sales service to your customers that counts the most, remember that.

Happy with Slade on his delivery. Paid extra for 2 ppl to take an appliance upstairs, the second person was off sick yet Slade lifted it upstairs himself. It was much appreciated, I couldn't have done it.
