Halo Salt Rooms & Holistic Beauty

I suffer from Asthma, I have not felt this good for so long. After only one session I could breath clearly. It was the first nights sleep I have had where I didnt wake up coughing and wheezing. I am not out of breath from just walking to the letterbox. If you are considering trying Halo please go the benefits are amazing. The staff are so helpful.

Been there twice, super amazing honestly!Liz and the team are very friendly. They give very good ecplabation of the salt rooms, ettiquette and provide lockers for your personal belongings. Once inside youre welcomed with a haze of salt, relaxing music and lovely lazy boy chairs. There are blankets to cover yourself with and magazines and books to read if you like. Sessions are 45 minutes. They have lovely deals and specials both directly and ond sites like treatme, so do find out before you book. We will be back for more!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The salt room is calming, warm and so relaxing. Suffering from terrible allergies and constant earaches I decided to give Halo a go. After the first session my sleep was immediately better and my nasal passages were slightly cleared up. I also noticed a couple of days later my ears weren't hurting and were less blocked. After my second session one week later my ears are definitely clearer and my sinuses were much better. I also haven't taken any antihistamines for a week. For me the salt rooms are amazing and have totally improved my health. I totally recommend to give them a go.

I take my two kids aged three an one to the halo salt rooms, we have been going 3x a week. My three year old has eczema and after a week we noticed a big difference it had pretty much cleared, now after 4 weeks of sessions it has completely cleared. My one year old suffers from chest/mucus issues and after a session the next day it completely clears him out. Plus we always have the best nights sleeps after. Definitely reccomend to anyone. Plus the staff there are amazing!

This place was super relaxing and peaceful for the first half of my session, however about halfway through, the group from another room were done and were loitering around talking to each other and also clearly a staff member which was extremely loud to the room I was in and was so distracting and annoying, after they left a staff member was clearly cleaning up as I could hear them sweeping however they were also slamming doors. After my session I did speak with someone who advised they were aware that the sounds from the hallway travel as the place has no insulation, however they made no effort to make sure people were quiet, there was one sign on the door before you enter however I feel.it should be enforced more as I paid quite a lot of money to sit there listening to people talk and doors slam while trying to relax. I'm not sure i will be back which is disappointing as it had the potential to be really relaxing.

We love coming to the salt rooms! The health benefits that we have seen are outstanding! I have children who suffer from asthma, allergies and chesty cough/colds and after a session in the rooms their condition improves, they sleep well and feel so much better. The environment is amazing, staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a visit!

Lovely experience! Sounds odd relaxing breathing salt for 45mins. But truly relaxing and the staff so lovely, wish we could go more often. We go for a 50+ Male with sleep apnea and stress, nearly 50 female with allergies to cleaning products and mould, teens x2 with allergies to cats, dust and asthma- and one bad acne. Helps all of this...as well as being relaxing!

Family room is relaxing and enjoyable if you have toddlers with you. Plenty of toys and books to keep them entertained plus comfortable seating options for adults and children alike.
