Thermoglaz Double Glazing Spcialists

We had to replace all our old double glazing in a 300sqm house so it was a huge job but Themoglaz were excellent in all respects -- from the initial quote through to completion. We now have a much warmer house! Highly recommended

It's been nearly 3 months now since we had our double glazing retro fitted into our wooden frames in our old house, and I would say it has been worth every cent, our comfort levels have increased, the heat pump doesn't have to work so hard to keep us warm, and I have compared power bills to last year. and they are consistently cheaper from the same period. The guys doing installation were great, we are so happy.

Scott came out twice to our house to provide quotes on retrofit and window replacement. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Showed up on time and gave a thorough and fair assessment. The quotes were competitive, the company was responsive and easy to work with. Thanks!

I had 'that' retrofit that was cursed with lots of issues. But to focus on those many hiccups does this company a disservice. It is their service that is above and beyond any other experience I have had, or have heard of others having. Of special mention has to be Rebecca, who doggedly chased every detail to ensure it was right, and didn't accept anything less (I have never experienced service like hers), to Scott, who have up his Saturday to start reworking some of the retrofit, to Tom for his beautiful finishing to all the windows and doors. This is definitely a company that stands by its word and their actions have more than reflected this. My recommendation is for this alone. Thank you to the team!

Quoting process was excellent and competitive. Install once it kicked off was extremely fast. Only issue was the clean up from the crew, non-existent. Framing offcuts, saw dust and even their lunch rubbish was all left for me to deal with. Would expect them to clean up after themselves / leave the area as they found it. Unfortunately given this experience I wouldn't recommend them.

Thermoglaz have done a fantastic job retro-fitting double-glazed units into our 1910's villa. All steps in the process were carried out smoothly and with great communication by each member of the team. Especially beautiful job done on organising the removal, cleaning and double-glazing of our ornamental lead-light windows, you can tell that great care has been taken when dealing with the old frames and materials. Shout outs are deserved all round, Scott was incredibly helpful getting us started with the quote and looking at our options, and we are so impressed with all of our installers - their work on easing and adjusting all our many warped and problematic window frames has fixed our draughts and made everything much more secure. The guys were prompt and highly organised every day of the install, and worked like a dream. The costs also seemed really reasonable, especially considering the extra steps taken and high quality finish. We couldn't recommend Thermoglaz highly enough, especially for those looking to preserve timber frames and character features!!

Right from the measure and quote toinstall.The entire team worked hard to provide a great experience. This included the installer and owners responding to my fussy queries . There are people advertising constantly about this type of product , and a whole house retrofit is a huge commitment. We are very happy that Thermoglaze double glazed our home .
