To this day, NZSHRED is not a corporate and is still independently and locally owned and operated. Jon & Jase both still work in store; they ride all the product that is stocked, and have developed an in-depth knowledge of trends, styles, products and features.We also have deliveries of snowboard gear all year, so we have the newest product, first! I was really impressed by the staff and range of products. I came in to buy a ski helmet and was very indecisive, but the staff were very patient with me and were very good at answering all my questions. Would recommend!

Such an amazing surprise to find out that this shop sells also books!! The selection of titles is carefully curated including many non-fiction, pop-science books authors, along with high level graphic novels, biopic and fictions. The super kind manager of the shop helped me to choose the right book and was up for a nice chat. In my opinion the best bookshop in town!

A big thanks to Jase, John and Max at NZ Shred for being absolute champions. A couple of years ago through no fault of NZ Shred I had a product problem. I've only had a chance to return to Queenstown now and through the 2 years I was looked after all the way by NZ Shred until the replacement could be made. Can't rate the service higher. Have a great season guys, see you next year!

The team here are really knowledgeable. From simply browsing to purchasing clothing, stickers, new bindings, boots and a board. They set the new bindings up on my old board and set another pair of new bindings up on the new board. We will be buying all our gear from here from now on as they have a massive selection and will make sure that you get it right the first time. Thanks team for being awesome.
