Great service! Jade and the team were very accommodating to all our requests. I thought it might be a problem given that we wanted an independent mechanic to check the vehicle but it wasn't at all. They kindly offered to take it there themselves as well which was a great help to us (with work and a baby). The independent mechanic noted that two tyres and the battery were due for replacement. Jade and the team reviewed and agreed and kindly offered to replace them all for no extra charge which we were delighted with. All-in-all a great experience. Friendly, easy-going, helpful and accommodating. We had recent experiences with rude, arrogant, condescending and cocky car salesman at other places so this was a nice change to meet someone easy going, down to earth and kind. Thoroughly recommend to all!
