Wellesley Street Carpark

Terrible service. Parked here overnight as the sign outside the carpark says to call parkmate if staying late they can open the site remotely. Called them and the extremely rude woman told me to call city guard because they open the gates. Then cityguard told me to call first security. First security was confused because they don’t open gates on their end and they said parkmate does that. Then I tried calling parkmate again, and she refused to answer my calls and kept hanging up on me. Seriously? Is she having a bad day or something. Take the sign down if you don’t open the gate remotely after hours as stated. Misleading and awful service. Had to sit in my car until gates opened in the morning!
