I got a valuation done by these guys via BNZ and found them to be absolutely useless!They charged NZD $1000 for 2x Registered Valuation and told me my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom brick and tile property (less than 10 years old) in Auckland was worth $500K. ATLEAST $150K less than the Desktop Valuations OFF QV AND VALOCITY.Also gave me a valuation of $380K for a recently renovated 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Cross Lease (1/2 share of 800 SQM) property.I would love to be able to buy a house in Auckland for these prices!!!Their research and 'recent' sales prices were so well off it wasn't funny!I have since decided to just change banks altogether, what a waste of money and time.
