Love this bread, whether it’s fresh or toasted, delicious either way. Doesn’t wreck havoc with our gut either which is a bonus. Handcrafted locally, you can tell it has been made with love. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best breads I've ever had - and certainly the best that can be found in Hawke's Bay - and I've tried a great many, both commercial and artisan. It has a wonderful flavour - nutty and sweet. The texture has a lovely satisfying chewiness, without being excessive. It is always moist, but not overly moist and never undercooked. It has a beautiful crisp crust, but it is very thin, so it is not impossibly hard to cut or eat like a lot of artisan breads. It is wonderful fresh, and even better toasted. Plus - it gets delivered to my letterbox by Fiona! You couldn't ask for more.
