Absolutely the worst experience of purchasing something online we have had to date.Ordered a multiple thousand dollar wood fire pit - in September 2021! (It's now 1st March, 2022)...and we are still waiting for the final pieces to arrive. The communication has been woeful and assistance with inquiries has been slim to none. Would absolutely not recommend...order locally and support small businesses in your area (which we regrettably should have done)- note: ordered in Australia
