Took our van for a warrant at Wayne's after being in the area and reading the glowing reviews, and I can confirm that they are not an understatement. Went above and beyond the level of service I'd expect, and realigned our headlights without bumping up our bill following re-securing. Couldn't be more satisfied. Speedy, honest and great value. I had a problem with my camper. Lost screw and unusual noises. Toyota Thames did not want to help, supposedly did not have time. Luckily they sent me to Wayne's.He drove around the block, was able to confirm the noise and less than an hour later I was back on the road with a perfectly patched car.Thank you for such straightforward and prompt assistance. Here the customer is still king.

Our car broke down while travelling through Thames, we asked a local who they’d take their car to and they recommended Wayne’s. They were brilliant, it was a Saturday so I knew they wouldn’t be open but called the number anyway to see if we could leave the car out the front and hide the key somewhere. They met us there. Service was great, price of getting the vehicle fixed was great, communication was excellent. Can’t rate them highly enough!

Extremely professional, friendly team who definitely know their stuff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wayne & the team. I bought in an old ford courier ute that had been badly modified by its previous owner, I was blown away with the service I received and at a very reasonable price they had it running like silk after a retune, service & alignment.
