The reason I bought a bike from these guys was wanting to support the locals. They have vindicated my decision. Not pushy when I was 'just browsing' they knew what they were talking about, they obviously knew their stuff. They did not bad mouth any other brands or shops to get my business. Took the time to get the right bike for me. The best part was when I had some trouble with the bike after a month and their after sales service was excellent! They tuned my bike, replaced parts and even cleaned it! Great work guys, thoroughly recommended to all! Cheers, Brad. Levo XL.

I went to talk to Peter and the team about e-bikes as I have a Trek belt drive at the moment. I was very impressed with the complete product range and his helpful advice was fantastic. I can see why people are fans of the Cycle World Team... while I was there I got to watch the customer service for all these other customers and was really impressed... the team here are well worth checking out.

I recently had an absolutely terrible experience with Cycleworld Blenheim. I purchased an e bike from them but unfortunately it turned out to be faulty and simply didn't work properly. When I asked for a refund, the manager at the shop was extremely unhelpful/agressive and refused to give me my money back.I was incredibly frustrated and disappointed with this attitude, and left the shop feeling ripped off and cheated. However, after a few days of persistence and multiple phone calls, the shop eventually agreed to give me a refund.Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Cycleworld Blenheim Bike Shop to anyone looking to purchase an e bike, as their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. It's a shame that it took so much effort to get my money back, and I won't be returning to this shop in the future.

A great team who are very knowledgeable and more than willing to help you find the gear you need. Were very helpful in sorting out a replacement helmet and pricing parts for my bike - a brand of which they do not actually stock.

Incredibly poor buying experience (I've bought 15 or so bikes over the years). Absolutely no advantage so far over just buying a bike online at a discounted price. Very little enthusiasm or customer focus by staff. Bike was built up but no bike fit offered. I had to prompt to get details of warranty and first service. No set up of shock sag to suit me or explanation. Kindly threw in a bottle cage when asked... but a bottle doesn't fit. Sales staff definitely letting the side down.

These guys are awesome, Over on holidays from the mainland (Aus) frame broke on my Fuse. With plans to ride the Ghost rode 4 days laters. Brendan got a new frame and did the swap over in two days with no notice!!!! what a guy! I may be crazy, but the new frame is riding better, shifting cleaner, Great install, great service, thanks guys!!!

Left a dodgy wheel for puncture repair. They could have done that and given me back the wheel. However, I was contacted to ask if I would prefer to purchase a new tyre and tube since the tyre walls, having perished, caused the puncture.Awesome service. Thanks team
