Thanks Ian and James for prompt, communicative, and charged a fair price for the work done in my back yard. Tidied up and removed all trimmings. It was a huge job at my own to handle and the whole team nailed it and took care of the rubbish as promised. great work!!

Ian turned up promptly and understood what I needed to be done. He ordered the plants which arrived the next day and he arrived early the following day and prepared the area and planted them. Did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Natures Choice were extremely helpful and interested in my requirementsand provided an economical solution. It was a big job and he did amazingly well. Quote given was reasonable for what was requestedand the job was performed really well. Will be having Ian back regularly now :) Work done well and for a fair price, I will use this service again.

Ian was fantastic to deal with. We had a fairly daunting overgrown section that he tackled in record time. He was also able to give some great knowledge around plant types (especially some that were growing that were toxic for our dog). We really appreciated Ian's communication, and promptness in booking in our job.

Very unprofessional work, the lawn was just hacked around, a total mess. I had to keep ringing to get him to finish off the job which wasn't worth the effort. Don't go anywhere near this guy.

Ian arrived without announcement which set the dogs off (I had checked to ensure he was dog friendly - he wasn't). The work he did was substandard and patchy. He used our gardening tools (which I said he could do) and then he left them scattered throughout the garden. The work was to be done in two stages and I paid half for his first visit - not worth what I paid for. I cancelled the rest of the work. His reasons for the poor work was his son having gone to hospital, which I fully understand. However when you are running what you portray as a professional business and you are charging for your professional services, then you are either fit and capable of doing the work on the day or you are not. If not, don't turn up and do poor quality work.I would not recommend Ian, his website looks good, he is not worth the trouble.Addition: Ian may dispute this here however, he acknowledged his failings when he replied to my email telling him why I didn't want him to come back.

Was quoted a price for a full garden tidy up that seemed reasonable but then Natures Choice just turned up (with no prior warning) and did two hours work and then demanded that the full invoice be paid that day. Very rough and unprofessional job. Managed to knock off half the price but still nowhere near any value for money for just two hours work. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend.

Ian and the team have looked after my garden for a number of years and I have never had an issue with them. Always does a great job. Friendly & easy to deal with. Treats you as a friend as opposed to just a customer which is how I like doing business.Keeps within the budget I set and has good suggestions on improvements.

Horrible service! I was charged almost twice the price as his competitors but he did a good job at convincing me that he was going to be better than them, he even went as far as bad mouthing a lot of the other companies. During the job, as he was clearing my garden, I actually caught him picking his nose for 10mins....straight!!! Literally stood there for 10mins digging deep within his nose, it truly was a disgusting sight. And the worst thing was that he charged me for it! He was rather creepy towards me too, even touching my shoulder as he was chatting to me, it was very uncomfortable and I wish my husband was there. I wouldn't recommend Ian at all, in fact stay very far away from him!
