I bought a Sofa Bed from them, very expensive but bad quality. I can’t believe it’s a brand new sofa which got a obvious stain on fabric, sags & lumps of one of the foams, and broken spring. I waited for 6 weeks to be delivered but such a bad quality. Won’t buy any from them again, very disappointed!

Don't really stand behind their warranty but luckily harvey norman stepped upWouldn't buy another couch from them as alot of the satisfaction comes from the customer care you recieve after and that's what people forget counts also
