Well presented store, able to find what was needed without help, although staff are helpful and willing to assist. Good variety of books to browse, before deciding to buy. Plenty of gift ideas available in one store

Useless. Their company policy means that you can't get a refund, even if you purchased something 10 mins before. You get a $4 gift card, and they want to take all your personal information to get that refund. Would give 0 stars if I could.
