Great kayaks at good prices, good service

I had a great buying experience from these guys. Bought a F40 kayak from them and took it for its maiden voyage. Been yakking for a while and can confidently say it’s probably the best value for money kayak out there in New Zealand.

Great kayaks... excellent service!

Reasonable price for a Kayak (F26) and quick dispatch. But no contact or follow-up and Toll Freight are terrible. The contact phone number seemed to be cut-off and I got no responses to my emails.

Brought an F30 fishing yak just prior to Xmas. I am not young by any means and I get a kick when younger kayakers tell me what a nice looking craft it is.Good and helpful service from Hendrick, just love my kayak, very stable and plenty of room. Easliy able to load and unload on to my vehicle by myself..

Giving 1 star for no communication. Purchased one item via afterpay. Recieved no email confirmation of order that was placed, no notification to say the order has been processed No notification for item that will be despatched. No tracking number. No business contact phone on website number to make enquiries. Found their landline on the Merchant details on the Afterpay app, it was disconnected. No responses when I sent an email. Hoping my order arrives this week. Will leave another review once my order arrives. Update :14/4/23 item arrived. It was well packaged. Item fits the description that was advertised. I see there is now a mobile number listed on the business site today.
