Terrible booked the day before my trip and expected service from a certified nail tech. But was given a trainee who was supposed to be supervised. The supervisor proceeded to leave me unattended with the trainee after watching just one nail and only came back at the end to try and fix the unevenness. No two nails were the same. I Was not offered any discount so paid full price on a less than decent job and could not even clean my hands properly. I had to go to the nearest cafe to wash my hands. Do not recommend this place at all

I booked my appointment at 1pm and cancelled on same day saying they cant do at 1?? and i didnt mind so i booked again two days after and we agreed at 10 am but booked me at 11 am?? WASTE OF TIME I did not feel welcomed, but rather straight up rude and blunt customer service

I've been going to this nail salon for a few years now, such good service and quality. Tori always insures that your nails are done well and they always turn out amazing! Never left the salon without being super happy with the outcome! And in such a nice positive environment aswell, highly recommend <3

Local business with lovely staff, heaps of parking at the back of the building, and an easy walk.

Tori is a great nail technician. She is professional and always does a great job of my nail. I have been going to her for a few years and am a regular client. Her space is also beautiful, love the vibe, very chick! Love going to fearless beauty, thanks Tori!

Tori introduced me into trying gel x nails and they were amazing! Quality didn’t feel tacky at all, made me feel I was that chick ;) I showed her an inspo photo on how I wanted my nails and she made my nails look exactly like the picture! I was super happy with the outcome!Highly recommend!

I just had the best experience at Fearless Beauty, I haven't had my nails done in such a long time because of the lack of quality and customer services in the nail tech world. However upon researching beauty salons i came across FB on ticktoc of all places! Well let's just say my nail tech was the most sweetest and gentle soul who blessed me with her talent. Sweeta was sooo amazing, the conversation was flowing and I felt sooo comfortable with her. I've even said that I'll be her number 1 customer from now on, no offence to the other lovely workers hehe. She says her English is not good, I say, it's perfect. I understood you perfectly my dear.I do wish you had a tipping option on your eftpos machine because I would've loved to have tipped her for her services. Especially because you've been so accommodating in terms of service and needs.Thank you FB for bringing such a wonderful business into our Mt Albert community. I will see you again soon xx

The nails were really good, looked similar to the reference photo I wanted and were strong. There was nothing wrong with how the nails came out. But I had a problem with the cleanliness of the place. It was really dirty and all the equipment was covered in something tacky and brown. I tried so hard not to touch the bottom of the UV lamp. The worst part and the reason why I am giving a one star rating is because the nail tech cut my finger while filing, and it started bleeding and she used a dirty brush to get rid of the blood and didnt clean the brush before or after.

Service was fine Sweeta is lovely but unfortunately the gel acrylics I got kept snapping off completely several times I’ve tried to contact them through instagram but hardly had any response back . I’ve had my nails for just over a week & it says in your guy’s description that these nails I got should’ve lasted for 3-4 weeks which is why I got them . I’ve had to try find other salons to glue nail back on as it’s too far of a drive to keep going back only for these nails to keep coming off easily .
