Called the shop multiple times while I had moments of disaster. However with the help from Robert and other staff, I was able to fix my bike due to the guidance received over the phone. Highly recommend giving this shop a call if you're a struggling with repairs/maintenance!

Great experience with Robert today - he’s really thorough and knowledgeable and suggested a few options that were awesome.I got him to install new bars and fork springs, and wow did it make a difference! The cost was totally reasonable and tbh I’m wondering why I didn’t bother doing this to my last bike…

This is one of the very few bike places in Wellington that I don't feel I'm getting ripped off. Great friendly service, very accommodating if you need something done while you wait and great advice if you need any.I absolutely rate this business and will continue to support them. A breath of fresh air really!
