Best vet I’ve been to personally, they’re great with my rabbits and super quick to help out with anything I need! Absolutely recommend this vet and especially Dr Kezia

Kezia is lovely & great with rabbits. Nurses are lovely & everything is done professionally & with care. The only let down is the receptionist is rude & needs to learn how to maintain customer service. But I will not let one person ruin it for the rest of the place & staff . Thanks team

Our cat is a recurrent patient and whenever we go we are always waiting in the waiting room for the vet. Today we've been asked to rebook our appointment for next week for a simple vaccination, because we was literally 8 minutes late. Supposely we were booker for a 15min checkup so do not have time anymore but i only ever booked a vaccination which should take 2min only (I understand a small checkup is needed before vaccination but not a 15min one). As we were 8min late we still had technically 7min more to our 15min booked appointment which would have been enough for the vaccination but the Vet was already with someone else.No consideration at all about our cat getting stressed in the car drive for nothing. Not coming back to this place anymore.

Our puppy has had a couple of accidents. As new dog owners, my partner and I admittedly get worried every time something happens. Dr George has given our puppy wonderful care and attention and has allayed our fears as new puppy parents by always providing thorough advice. Very grateful to Dr George and the team at Carevets Mt Wellington.

I trust vet Kezia and nurse Mik with my rabbits 100%! Always the most knowledgable, genuinely care about the rabbits they see and treat them all in a way that’s best suited for the rabbit. Amazing team of awesome people here!

8/8/22 edit: went in today and it will be my last time. The woman with the sour face and attitude, on reception is so rude telling me to look for somewhere else to take a stray cat I'm trying to save, all because I guess she thinks she owns the place. I had asked if there was anyway to pay off the bill if it was going to be high and then treated like I had no money for asking, but I'm actually budgeting as I've just had major surgery and am off work. I felt like I was being treated like I wasn't going to pay for the treatment. Nearly had a complete panic attack with her attitudeFirstly, when I initially called this place, they told me that it was $60 for a consultation ( I have no idea how much anything actually was because I wasn't given a receipt) I ended up paying $165.40 for a consultation and what I thought was my cats vaccinations as the lady said something to the affect that I didn't have to pay for his second Vax. I went down there yesterday to get his Vax and paid $20 for registering his microchip only to be told I had to pay another $105 and that my cats microchip wouldn't be registered until I paid the $105 (that would mean if my cat goes missing there would be no way to find him!!). I know what I was told had I known I needed extra money I would have saved it VS being treated like I was a dishonest thief. I will pay the money but I will also be changing vets. My anxiety was so bad and even today I'm thinking about the whole thing and how humiliated I was. NEVER AGAINHad to transfer money from my savings I asked how much it was and she said $60 I transferred $60 and it declined this happened again and she had an attitude like I was doing something wrong I asked her how much EXACTLY and it was $60 and some cents. Honestly I've never experienced customer service this bad in years and I have already stopped at least 3 people going here from my bad experience. Try Lynnfield vets they do care and they even have zip if you need to budget your vet care.

After having some terrible experience at other places. Id given up hope on a vet that would truely help & care for our cats, let alone treat us as humans instead of an endless opening wallet!! Then a work- mate mentioned these guys Carevets Mt Wellington. WOW. They are Brilliant. They know animals & how to nuture, fix & help them be healthy & happy. They have an incredible amounts of knowledge, professionalism, empathy & kindness. Great friendly staff that truely care & understand your Pet. They do get busy, however they will do their best to try get you in. That means alot & I wish we had known about them sooner.

I went to the vets today to get my 2 small dog's weight as soon as we walked inside the building. The Vet guy told us to get out when we did not do anything wrong. What is wrong with the vets there.
