Boatshed Catering At The Chalet

We had the best experience possible with boatshed catering for our wedding. The staff were awesome, super organised and served with smiles on their faces. The food was AMAZING!! ...and we did not stop hearing it from our guests all night! These guys really know what they’re doing, can’t recommend them enough.

I couldn't recommend Lisa and the team from the Chalet and Boatshed Catering enough! We recently had our wedding reception in this beautiful venue and the food was absolutely exceptional!!!!! We had some unexpected changes we had to make a few days leading up to our wedding and the team was so flexible and willing to help in any way to see we had the best day. The Chalet was a perfect venue for our wedding. From the beautiful ceiling and windows to the amazing staff and delicious food. Lisa and her team are so efficient, friendly, and executed everything to a very high standard. Working with the team was so easy. I would recommend this wedding venue to everyone. We are so impressed with the standard and value of the service we received.

Lisa and the team at the Chalet hosted our wedding reception and we can't recommend them highly enough! In my work as a wedding photographer I have sampled catering from pretty much every venue in the area and Boatshed Catering is head and shoulders above the rest. The building made for a gorgeous setting for our reception and the team even came to the rose garden to serve bubbly and nibbles after the ceremony! All of our guests raved about the dinner and dessert, and we wouldn't change a thing. Thanks so much team!

We had our christmas function here. The view to the lagoon was beautiful and the room looked pretty but it lacked atmosphere and decorations. A comfortable setting for 70 seated guests.

We had Tarriny and her team cater the food and serve the bar for our wedding at Te Puna in Feilding. Her staff were amazing, going above and beyond ensuring the food for the day ran to schedule and was delicious across the board. The bar staff served all night with a smile. We received multiple comments from guests about their professionalism as well as the delicious food. Would use again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to others! Thanks again <3

I highly recommend Tarriny and her team at Boatshed Catering! We were absolutely blown away by our wedding food - from start, to finish! Our afternoon tea (slices and hot finger food) was incredible, keeping our guests happy until the amazing buffet dinner. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever eaten, with a range of delicious salads and beautifully cooked meat options. We chose dessert platters which meant all our guests could sample many different sweet treats! Along with this, they cut and plated our wedding cake, bringing it out at the same time as the desserts. We so appreciated the professional service, how they took care of our bar, kept table drinks topped up throughout the night, and cleared away plates too. If only we had another excuse to throw a big party and use them again! Thank you so much guys - we are so glad we chose Boatshed Catering! M + M x
