I believe this is a ghost company,phone call to a live receptionist results in an email to the local rep who obviously doesn’t exist as he hasn’t replied,question placed on the public page has not been answered,again there is no one out there.This company does not care about its customers or their problems,a common problem when you go offshore for your product and get 2nd rate shoddy goods.You don’t even merit one star.
