Connor sanded and polyeurythaned our home’s continuous floor from the kitchen, dining room, to the lounge and rumpus room, that over 17 years had suffered much sun damage and wear. The result is just fabulous. It looks just like new. The timber grain is great and everyone agrees with us that it is fantastic.

We had our hall/kitchen/living area sanded and varnished. The 10 year old American white oak floors which had some damage came up like new again. I love the low sheen finish. Connor and the team did the job quicker than expected and there was surprisingly little dust to clean up. Great communication from Connor and Renee, would highly recommend City Floorsanding.

City floor sanding have just polished the floors in our Rental property. They've done an awesome job. We'd had a bit of a run around with flooring companies, then a friend recommended City Floor Sanding. Connor and Renee were great. They met us on site quickly and squeezed us in between jobs as we needed a quick turnaround. We're really pleased with the job - professional, good pricing and great result. Would definately recommend :)

We got a fantastic quote from the new owners of City Floorsanding and couldn't be happier with the end result, our old tired looking Jarra flooring is now popping with a dazzling coat of laquer and looks showroom ready.Highly recommended!
