A little hard to get to, but an easy walk from the airport or nearby accommodation. The staff were fantastic and so accommodating. The car was clean and perfect for getting around the gorgeous NZ countryside. Fantastic value and that is even without the upgrade. Definitely will use them again.

Very good experience with this company, renting a vehicle from the Auckland airport hub. I dealt with Peter who was awesome and even upgraded us from a Yaris to a Hilux at no extra charge. It was a great car to drive and did the job we needed. Thanks Peter, Alamo and enterprise car rentals.

I don’t even want to give one star….I was late by 15 minutes returning my car. I was caught up in shocking Auckland traffic and so gave them a courtesy call to say I was on my way but held up….and yet got charged. And not at the rate I had been originally charged ($80 a day) but instead $142 penalty. So upsetting. And then got accused of damaging the wheel rim which I knew I hadn’t. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone let alone use this company again. Such a distressing and stressful way to end what was supposed to be a joyous family holiday.

Great service and great team.Located offsite from the Auckland International Airport. We booked online through a third party advertising company (don’t do this just book directly through their website) Met with Peter who was very thorough and explained how the insurance works and what to do when returning the car. They are not located at the airport however they are a 5 minute drive away, there are assigned buses travelling frequently between Domestic and International every 10 minutes. We booked the SUV 5 door, Car was full, clean and modern and didn’t use as much gas as we thought it would. Had GPS, Bluetooth and USB and lots of boot space for 2 large suitcases plus extras. Best service we’ve ever had and the experience was stress free. Highly recommend these guys and we will definitely be using them again when we head back to NZ.

Would NEVER EVER use this service again … trying to get the 200 bond released, has been nothing but a nightmare … first I was told 5-10 working days then 14…returned vehicle on 10th and still waiting. Today something different . Auckland staff useless and not interested… basically not interested once you have used their service … even 1 star is too much

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Wasted my time, and overcharged me. The man who works on the weekend who served me was very very rude. Definitely would advise you to go to budget rentals and hire from them instead.

Terrible terrible service! I would definitely not recommend using. First our car wasn't ready so we were offered another class vehicle we opted to wait 30 minutes while it was finished being groomed. Then when it got there it wasn't the right vehicle we had been told it was. Said we would take the previously offered vehicle. As we had already paid, the service assistant didn't know how to change the rate so asked me to email her supervisor claiming the difference would be refunded. Also said 3pm drop off wouldn't attract an additional days hirage. All in all we were charged $600 more than we should have been. The sales assistant was extremely rude when we dropped the vehicle off.

I had a great pick-up experience with Peter at the counter. The whole process was very delightful with the help from info desk at Auckland Int’l Airport Arrival Lobby regards the shuttle bus to Park n Ride and the shuttle bus driver was super friendly. The shuttle bus ride was very smooth, too.Peter was very busy, because the pickup front is for 1) Alamo 2) Enterprise 3) National car rental all in one counter. One person dealing with pickup customers and calls and everything when I arrived a quarter passed 5pm. However, nothing was missed. Details and all the small housekeeping things regards the car, the return, the insurance etc.The car was great, a new Yaris with only 15,000km, and recently serviced. Spotlessly clean inside and outside. Great experience.
