Hireace - Wellington

I had a very good experience with Hireace. Got a clean and tidy cargo van. Also, the team provided all the required information, and they were professional. Thanks guys.

Used a Hireace truck to move house. Well organized at reception, and my hire was promptly available. Explanations about how to work the opening and closing of the truck door were given clearly and I had the opportunity to ask questions. Returned the truck and the handover was without issue. Second time user of Hireace and I endeavour to use them again for future moving needs!

HireAce wellington and Auckland was an absolute nightmere to deal with and if there was another company offering one way hires to auckland i would have gone with them. it was almost impossible to hire a one way cargo van to auckland due to some stupid technical rules that made no sense. At one point I had to resort to begging Hire ace to take my money. Thankfully Belinda from Te Aro saved the day. She was an absolute Angel and deserves a promotion. Belinda, you were a saving grace and enabled us to move to Auckland. Unfortunately every aspect of hire ace had been a nightmare, having heard a different story everytime i spoke to someone different, being hung up on, hire ace promising me something then forgetting etc. Basically no one had a clue except you. Thankfully you were able to take our payment. We are so grateful. Hire Ace would be a lot better if there were more people like you working there. I felt you actually cared and wanted to help us. Without you I am afraid we may have been stuck in wellington. So we owe you one. Cheers!

Have had good service in the past but has gone downhill badly. Their company policy of pressuring you to pay by credit card and trying to force you to buy premium insurance cover is terrible. I cancelled my booking and called Handy Rentals and had no issues. I won't be using this company again.

Hired a furniture moving truck on Saturday. It was really easy to book On-Line and pick up from their Victoria Street location.The staff were really helpful and Belinda, Branch Manger, was a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks team!

I hired a van for half a day. The van was lovely and clean and was ready to go, plus it was a really good price. Customer service was awesome too! And the paper work was fast and efficient as well. Definitely recommend to everyone. I will definitely be back to hire a vehicle if I need one!

Needed a car for the week and Reon at Hireace was absolutely delightful to deal with. He was super helpful and the whole airport shuttle service was a plus for me, the online checkin process was so easy to follow and made everything just smooth. Very reasonable price and will definitely recommend to anyone who need a car to get around!

Have dealt with Hireace two times recently.First time when I didnt have enough money to cover petrol, Hireace worked with me so I got from A to B and they were paid in full. Everybody happy.Second time we were uncredit carded persons which was a real problem.Hireace came through again and went over and beyond. Thank you so much.Much appreciation.
