Cross Country Rentals Car Van and Truck hire (Auckland)

Great customer service. Our cancelled pre-covid trip was back on again and CCR gave terrific advice about the best vehicle in their fleet to meet our needs. The sprinter van we hired was the perfect vehicle for us, performed brilliantly as we did our one way trip from Auckland to Queenstown. We had mountain bikes, the bike bags, our luggage and all the junk one accumulates along the way and no problems at all. Very happy and would definitely use them again.

We recently rented a large furniture trailer to move from Auckland to Wellington. CC Rentals and Tony were absolutely fantastic!There wasn’t a trailer in Auckland at the time but they were all too happy to source one from a different branch. The trailer was clean and in great shape.Prior to speaking with these guys, I’d enquired elsewhere and to be honest the difference in service was stark. Their competitors couldn’t be bothered with sourcing a trailer, or the trailers were old, rundown and dinky.It was an exceptional experience and I’d rent from CC Rentals again in a heartbeat. Cannot thank Lisa enough for getting me out of a real pickle. I took my own van on a tour, it broke down just before Matamata and our Hobbiton tour. Got my van there and waited for the AA. Lisa came down and transferred all my guests to their own van.Needed another van for another tour following week while mine was getting fixed. She found me a vehicle while in their busiest season of the year. Never seen such customer service - real CAN DO problem solving and quick thinking attitude and level of professionalism. You're awesome!!!

We had a first class experience dealing with Tony. We rented a furniture trailer from Auckland to Christchurch. Tony made the whole process straightforward, he had excellent communication and the trailer hire was very reasonably priced for the distance we took it. This is customer service at its finest. Highly recommend!
