Infinity Float Centre

This was my first float experience, and it was great. The facility was very clean and the staff were friendly. It takes a bit of time to get used to, but I would definitely return.

I had a wonderful first float in the ‘tank’. Never done it before and found it incredibly relaxing and stress reducing. Super service from the time I first arrived. Clean as a whistle and an overall excellent experience.

The experience itself is very special and relaxing. It is a unique way to make room in your head for fresh thoughts and to let your body unwind. I recommend this location for the very good care the staff takes with customers and facilities. It is also a very cool gift idea as this was given to me on my birthday. Enjoy!

We have had a great floating experience, very relaxing, clean and tidy facilities, all procedures have been well explained by a staff member. Definitely recommend.

Writing this after a first-time couples float with my hubby. We both cannot wait to book again. Incredibly relaxing environment and a wonderful way to slow the world down, reconnect and recharge. This has me hunting for a regular babysitter so we can float together more often. That said, I would also love to give a solo float a try as I can see the potential for other benefits in that too. Absolutely recommend giving this a go.

Arrived 15 mins early for our 10am appointment, by 10.20am, the place was empty with no staff. Drove from the North Shore specifically for the couples float. Would not recommend

Exceptional Customer Service by Shyamala the Receptionist at Infinity Float. She made me feel comfortable for my First Float and gave me Tips on How to use the Halo for my head on my first float. Amazing Experience and I felt a new person after the session.

Very disappointing experience. I booked two float sessions for my parents for 5pm 18th June. I received email confirmation, email and text reminder for the booking. My parents got there 20mins early, after a 1 hour commute, to find the centre was closed with no one inside. I called multiple times and no one picked up. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Thoroughly disappointed.

Infinity Float is a unique experience. As someone who had a chance to live for years close to the Dead Sea, the visit to Infinity Float was a good reminder of the real thing (the Dead Sea). Although It is a unique experience that won't suit everyone, you need to understand that you will be placed in total quietness for an hour and will be floating. I had a good experience with my pregnant wife, who found it very hard to float on her back for a long time in an advanced week of the pregnancy, so we finished earlier than our time ran out. Anyway, this is a good and clean facility with polite staff and an exceptional experience. It is worth a try!
