I had a last minute urgent repair required on our toilet which was leaking (nasty) Tracey was quick to get someone who was available to come to take a look, Rob was great, and while the first fix still meant we had a leak, I told Rob and he was back first thing the following morning. I’ve used these guys previously for electrical requirements. While not cheap, I think they’re pricing is fair and reasonable.

The staff go out of their way to get help to you as soon as possible. Our plumber was great, efficient and friendly. Thanks for the great service

We had been told by another plumber that our toilet could not be repaired so Finn came around to assess the job to replace it. He was able to quickly fix the leak however saving us a lot of cost. Great service all round. Ben.

After over seventy years of combined service dad's washing machine and dryer needed to replaced. We went for a combination washer dryer which was completely new for us. Fortunately we called Greytown Plumbing and Electrical Ltd and everything was sorted. Communication (phone calls, text messages and emails) were all great, Aaron, Tracey and Finn couldn't have been nicer. Finn arrived when scheduled and successfully installed the new washer/dryer while dad (95) watched closely. Finn was very friendly and clearly explained everything. It is a big event getting a new appliance especially for dad. With Finn we felt as if we were in safe hands. Finn also attended to a leaking tap in the laundry and another leaking tap in the shower. Finn said he would return to check on the leaking taps and he did. We are so grateful that the machine was installed and leaking taps are fixed. Every time we have used Greytown Plumbing and Electrical they have been professional, helpful and do what they say they are going to do. Tracey always manages to get us seen too quickly. Our new go to company for all things plumbing & electrical.

After numerous calls leaving messages and getting no response was eventually told they were too busy. So save yourself the hassle and use someone else who will at least understand the concept of customer service.

Aaron and Finn were considerate, tidy, and very professional fitting the new shower, vanity and toilet in our bathroom and making sure it got done before Christmas. They met my deadline although they were very busy. Thank you.
