I too am suprised at the reviews posted so have decided to post this.Ordered 2 Red bowls around 10.30am Friday 6th Jan, store wasnt busy and there was plenty of food choices , staff were very friendly. Pricing could be seen as expensive at $23.99 for a large (3 meat choices) and $16.99 for a single meat choice but portion sizes were very generous. I wish I had taken pictures of the dishes as both bowls were overflowing with meat and both bowls had to be taken home to eat later on. I was so impressed by Katsumi West City that I searched online for other Katsumi locations only to read really poor reviews.

The service here is the best service I had in this mall. The food is delicious and convenient. I’m just so happy that there is a business in this mall that provides normal customer service. It also seems to be the most edible thing in this mall. Well done Katsubi!! Thank you for the amazing service!!

The single meal for $18, one meat and salad was way too small. Not value for money. I ended up buying a big mac next door to fill my empty tummy.

Food Poisoning! From the minute i ate their teriyaki chicken i knew something was off, it just didn't taste right. I was absolutely appalled by the amount they served me as well for $22. Wouldn't recommend going back here as the first place you will have to visit after this place is the doctors. The chicken was definitely undercooked and just tasted like nothing i have had before. Would probably inform the council re taking further action for a food grading system as this place! Won't recommend anyone going here till there is an improvement and a good look into this take-away. D- Overall!!!!!!

Today I had a catering order which Uber eat canceled it last minute, it was nightmare for me and I can't forgive Uber eat for that heart attack. I jumped to Katsubi, they were very friendly and helpful. They served me very quick, food was very nice and the customer service was great. I highly recommended.

Katsubi is always a good choice when eating at the mall, a bit pricy tho but that won’t stop me from eating katsubi ;)

Katusbi has always been my got to go food at Henderson mall. Never disappointed me. Just a little overprice but that will never stop me from buying it. All the staffs have been amazing.

At 2.30 we waited in line to be served for 10 minutes only to get to the front of the line to be served and they'd run out of everything bar one dish. I was then told there was a problem with the kitchen and it'd be another hour before they could get anything out. Common sense by the workers should've prevailed by coming out from behind the counter to let myself and the line of people waiting behind me know what was going on. Bad customer service!! If I could've given no stars I would've. I know sometimes problems happen but at least a heads up would've been nice.
